TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Paradox Fitness Services Website

 This page sets out the terms and conditions under which you may access and use the Paradox Fitness Services website (the "Site"). By accessing or using the Site, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.

1. ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

- Age Restriction: The Site and all fitness content provided are strictly for individuals 18 years of age or older. Minors under 18 are prohibited from accessing, using, or following any guidance on the Site.
- Health Restriction: If you have a pre-existing health condition that could be worsened by physical activity or pose a danger to your health (including but not limited to uncontrolled cardiovascular disease, severe respiratory conditions, or medically restricted musculoskeletal disorders), you must not use or follow the Site's fitness guidance.

2. CONTENT DISCLAIMER

All fitness content on the Site – including videos, exercise instructions, and advice – is provided as a general guide only. Programs and exercises shown are tailored to the specific individuals featured in videos, whose fitness levels, health status, and physical capabilities were assessed in a controlled environment. What works for these individuals may not be safe or suitable for all users.

£30 per month none refundable due to the nature of the website. As with personal training the is a monthly agreement.

3. RESPONSIBILITY WAIVER

- You are solely responsible for your health and safety when engaging in any physical activity. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider or your doctor before starting a new exercise program.
- Paradox Fitness, its owners, creators, and contributors are not liable for any injury, harm, loss, or health complications resulting from use of the Site's information – including direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

- All content on the Site (videos, text, images, logos, design elements) is the property of Paradox Fitness or its licensed providers, protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
- Personal, non-commercial viewing is permitted. No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, transmitted, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission from Paradox Fitness.

5. USER CONDUCT

You must not:

- Post, upload, or share harmful, offensive, illegal, or defamatory content on the Site or associated platforms
- Hack, modify, or interfere with the Site's technical infrastructure or security systems
- Impersonate Paradox Fitness staff, creators, or other users
- Promote products, services, or activities that violate these terms or applicable laws

6. LIABILITY LIMITATIONS

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Paradox Fitness and its representatives are not liable for any damages arising from use of or inability to use the Site or its content. This applies regardless of whether the claim is based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or other legal theories.

7. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS

- Paradox Fitness reserves the right to update these terms at any time without notice. Changes take effect immediately when posted with a new "Last Updated" date.
- Continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the revised terms.

8. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ipswich, Suffolk
